Our 5Th Wheel RV Caravan Travels Continue - South WA
Initially I thought gees, this is pretty high - don’t know about this!! We were right up there!! But I found that it was exhilarating looking down - right down to the forest floor. I found myself wanting to look for ages. The feeling of being up so high looking down was thrilling.

Looking down from such a height was just like the feeling of falling. I used to love expeiencing this diving into the water off the really high poles on the jetty - when I was much younger! Lol.
These trees were many hundreds of years old, with huge thick trunks shooting up to the sky, with lovely cool shading foliage and spreading branches.

The floor of the forest was covered in all sorts of lovely grass plants, native shrubs and huge fallen logs, covered in fallen leaves.
You could see where some animals had been scratching around on the ground in places and little burrows under logs where they might live.

Many Native Australian Animals live in the forest, most are nocturnal. They have night time walks through the forest canopy, but I don’t think it would be as exciting as in the daytime though - being able to look down from the walkway.
