13. The Lorikeet Tourist Park ♥ - about 32ks on from COFFS HARBOR NSW. It was beautiful here and only a short stroll to the long white surf beach next to the caravan park. Every day, on the way to the beach, we walked past a huge lake, covered in lilac waterlilies, through a lovely avenue of native paper bark trees, over a little bridge, we could hear the surf before we got there. Top class ameninites, big pool, beautiful park. We had a lovely stay here.
14. Sandalwood Van and Leisure Park ♥ - WARDELL - NSW 15 mins drive further on to BALLINA. Lovely little caravan park, lots of open space, shady trees, very quiet and peaceful. Set amongst the tall sugar cane fields. Also a very pleasant walking track around bushland next to the caravan park. Good amenities, pool, lots of gas bbq's and shaded picnic tables and chairs.
