Kojonup - WA
We have been in Manjimup for three enjoyable weeks. Tomorrow we will drive up through Bridgetown then over to Kojonup for the Easter Hols. This is good traveling on Sunday. Not much traffic. Nice scenery on the way to our next stop. Drove through Bridgetown. We have been here before many years ago and we had a lovely time here. I remember it was winter and all the restaurants, motels etc had open fires. It was nice having dinner by the fire. It still looks beautiful; will be coming back here to look around and have scones, jam and cream and pot of tea - Looken forward to that. The Caravan Park here at Kojonup is very pleasant. Small rural park, lots of shade. Friendly owners. Snowy and Billy like it here too.
Went for a drive over to Katanning, about 40 minutes drive, to find a piece of hose for the 5th Wheel. Had lunch at a little restaurant, Oscars. It was part of the Royal Exchange Hotel, across the road from the Railway Station. Was very nice. Received a parcel from Lucy and Graeme today - a box full of Easter Eggs!! Thankyou U2. What a lovely surprise. While traveling around, it is really exciting receiving mail at caravan parks and GPO's.
