Country Victoria AustraliaCut holes in truck tarp to enable us to thread the hitch cables through so they did not get kinked or caught up. Filled up water tank and checked the outside of the caravan. Had not planned where we were going. We never plan anything, we have always just decided on the day. This we found really frustrates members of our family, especially my sister, who has to have everything planned and set out to the last detail.
Decided to head inland and go through Sheparton to avoid all the bush fires, which were particularly bad at the time and so early into summer. Left caravan park 10:00 and ran into some branches of a very tall tree with the roof of the caravan on the way out. No damage - but must remember to look up as well as each side!
